The Resource Management Agreement process encourages the forest- and resource-based tourism industry – both of which depend on Ontario`s public forests for their activities – to work closely together to plan forestry operations that may have an impact on tourism development. The Commissioner authorizes Regional Directors to enter into flight attendant agreements on his or her behalf. As a rule, air hostess agreements are established at the regional level. However, an agreement may be concluded concerning more than one region, provided that it is signed by the director of each region concerned. During the development of a forest management plan, each holder of a sustainable forest licence is required to invite (by registered letter) all eligible tourist establishments of the forest management unit to participate in the resource management agreement process. Copies of all approved flight attendant agreements shall be forwarded to the central unit of the competent division. Section 604 (16 USC 6591c) of Public Law 108-148, as provided for in Section 8205 of Law 113-79, as amended by the Agriculture Act of 2014, gives the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management permanent authority to enter into management contracts or agreements to achieve land management objectives for national forests or public lands that meet the needs of the local community and Rural. Section 8205 replaces the temporary authority given to the forest service in section 347 of Public Law 105-277, the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Appropriations Act, 1999. The Chief Forester of B.C.bat the District Chiefs of B.C.

The government will prepare a letter refining the challenges of resource management in their commodity districts. These letters identify best forest management practices to be followed and highlight concerns about the value of resources, which require special attention. The agreements can be used for flight attendant contracts. The following draft agreements were provided as examples of how forest service hostess agreements are implemented. It is possible that the templates for official stewardess agreements have been updated since the publication of these examples. Forest service staff should find on the internal website for grants and agreements, templates (only forest officers), the current version of the proposal for the development of a new stewardess agreement. . .
